Simply complete an official entry form, or write “Smart Shoppers Save with Coupons” along with your name, address, age and phone number on a 3”X5” card, and send to:

Mascoutah, IL 62258.All entries must be received by October 12, 1998. Enter as often as you like, but one entry per outer stamped envelope. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.
Sweepstakes open to U.S. residents who have reached the age of 18 by September 1, 1998 except for employees and families of the PMA Coupon Council members, NCH Nu World and their advertising and promotional agencies.
Winners will be randomly drawn on or about October 19, 1998 by NCH NuWorld, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. One winner per family, group, organization or street address. Winners will be notified by mail and/or phone. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
One Grand Prize Winner will receive $2,000 U.S. Dollars. One Second Prize Winner will receive a $250 Supermarket Shopping Spree and a Personal Make- Over, with transportation by limousine, approximate retail value $500. 50 Runners Up will each receive VIP Coupon Savings Package, T-shirt & cap, approximate retail value $20 each.
All prizes will be awarded. No prize substitution or cash equivalents. Prizes not transferable prior to awarding. All prize winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility / liability release and publicity release. Taxes are responsibility of winners. Void where prohibited.
